1. The service

GameAlerts ("we", "us", or "our") provides a real-time sports alerts platform that delivers live play-by-play updates for NHL, MLB, MLS, and other sports leagues. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 13 years of age or older to use GameAlerts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share your account with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reproduce or redistribute sports data received through the service for commercial purposes.

4. Sports data

Live play-by-play data is sourced from third-party sports data providers. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data. Scores, play descriptions, and statistics may be delayed or incorrect. Do not rely on GameAlerts for wagering or other time-sensitive decisions.

5. Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, you consent to receiving browser notifications from GameAlerts. You can withdraw this consent at any time through your browser settings or the in-app notification toggle. We are not responsible for notification delivery failures caused by browser, device, or network conditions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

GameAlerts is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameAlerts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
